Casherp provides users with access to a wide variety of ERP cloud software that helps organisations to simplify HR, Payroll, Invoicing, Sales and purchasing including automated software, tools, data feeds, information, and other materials (collectively, the “Services”). Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Casherp grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use our Services. The Services may be accessed from any internet-enabled computers or devices located in different locations. You may not use Casherp’s Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all laws, rules and regulations in connection with your use of Casherp’s Services.
In order to use the Services, you must register as a Casherp user. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as may be prompted by Casherp’s registration form. We may contact you with offers from time to time, but you may opt out of receiving these offers.
Casherp reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions in our sole discretion. We may notify you of any modifications by posting them on our website or through other means such as e-mail. Any revised terms and conditions are effective upon the later of their publication or the stated Effective Date. Casherp disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and title. Casherp does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In addition, Casherp does not warrant the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information obtained through the Services. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
