Casherp Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Casherp ERP cloud software (hereafter referred to as Casherp). By using our service, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Casherp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Casherp regarding your use of Casherp services. Casherp encourages you to review the Terms and Conditions before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue using Casherp and its services.

I. Use of Casherp Services

Casherp provides users with access to a wide variety of ERP cloud software that helps organisations to splify HR, Payroll, Invoicing, Sales and purchasing including automated software, tools, data feeds, information, and other materials (collectively, the “Services”). Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Casherp grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use our Services.

The Services may be accessed from any internet-enabled computers or devices located in different locations. You may not use Casherp’s Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all laws, rules and regulations in connection with your use of Casherp’s Services.

II. Registration

In order to use the Services, you must register as a Casherp user. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as may be prompted by Casherp’s registration form. We may contact you with offers from time to time, but you may opt out of receiving these offers.

III. Modification of Terms and Conditions

Casherp reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions in our sole discretion. We may notify you of any modifications by posting them on our website or through other means such as e-mail. Any revised terms and conditions are effective upon the later of their publication or the stated Effective Date. Your continued use of Casherp’s Services after that point constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

IV. User Contributions

Casherp may permit users to post, upload, publish, submit or transmit content through our website or mobile devices (“User Contributions”).

Your User Contributions must not violate any third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights. You may not post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any other material that: (i) is false, inaccurate or misleading; (ii) infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (iii) violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; or (iv) is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation.

Casherp reserves the right to monitor, modify or remove any User Contributions at any time without prior notice or consent, for any reason or no reason.

V. User Conduct

By using and accessing Casherp’s Services, you agree not to engage in any activity, including posting or uploading any material, that:

• Is illegal, or intended to promote or commit an illegal act of any kind;
• Infringes on the rights of any third party, including but not limited to, intellectual property, privacy and/or publicity rights;
• Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Services or any third-party websites or applications;
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or invasive of another’s privacy;
• Is vulgar, obscene, offensive or otherwise inappropriate;
• Is designed to collect or store personal data about other users;
• Is commercial in nature;
• Is designed to solicit funds, advertise or promote goods and services;
• Uses automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like to download data from the Services;
• Attempts to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Casherp’s website;
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any related systems or networks;
• Violates any applicable local, state, national or international law; or
• Creates liability for us or causes us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our Internet Service Providers or other suppliers

Casherp reserves the right to take appropriate legal and/or technical action against any person who violates this section or any other applicable law.

VI. Fees and Charges

Casherp may charge fees for the use of certain services. All such fees and charges will be communicated to you prior to your use of such services. All fees and charges are nonrefundable once paid, unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable taxes will be added to all charges. Casherp reserves the right to modify any fees, charges, or any other aspect of our services from time to time.

VII. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees charged in connection with your use of Casherp’s Services (e.g. subscription fees, applicable taxes, other additional fees) at the time of invoicing. You may choose to pay such fees by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or any other payment method made available by Casherp from time to time.

Casherp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our Services in case of any late payments.

VIII. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your Casherp account at any time. You agree that you are responsible for the settlement of all fees and charges as of the cancellation date.

Any cancellation or suspension of your account does not affect your obligation to pay any outstanding fees.

IX. Disclaimer of Warranties

You acknowledge that your use of Casherp’s Services is at your own risk. Casherp expressly disclaims any warranties for everyone.
